The Lake Arbor Board of Directors is comprised of the Elected Officers, Appointed Officers, the Committees and a representative from each of the Homeowners Associations (HOAs) aboutlaca hoa membership

The Lake Arbor Board of Directors is comprised of the Elected Officers, Appointed Officers, Committees and a representative from each of the Homeowners Associations (HOAs).
LACA represents all residents in the Lake Arbor community, regardless of homeowner affiliation (HOA), on a wide variety of areas of significance and common concern.
Lake Arbor has many associations and organizations: Homeowners Association, Masters Association, Lake Arbor Foundation, Inc., and Lake Arbor Civic Association.
Your annual household membership fee supports LACA as it serves as a non-partisian advocate for the community. Membership to LACA is voluntary.

Conducts projects to promote community involvement in the beautification of all of Lake Arbor. Functions in an advocacy capacity and coordinates educational and life-long learning activities in the Lake Arbor community and the Mitchellville-Largo-Kettering (MLK) area. Coordinates the election of LACA officers every two years. Monitors traffic safety and home and neighborhood security issues impacting the Lake Arbor community and provides recommended solutions. Monitors activities concerning property and land development in areas directly affecting our neighborhood, maintains an alert eye on any development in Prince George's County and works closely with other civic groups to achieve the optimum results in development and services for all residents in our area.
